Question: I am having trouble downloading the book. What should I do?

Answer: Follow the steps below:

1. If you've never downloaded PDF files before, click here to watch a video on how to do it.

2. Make sure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer. Adobe Acrobat Reader is free and it is required to open, view and print PDF files. To download a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader for free, click here.

3. Make sure to INSTALL Adobe Acrobat Reader after downloading it.

4. You should have received a receipt email from ClickBank after your purchase.At the bottom of that email is another link to the download page. Click on that link to go back to the download page.

5. Once on the download page, follow the instructions exactly as they appear to complete the download.

 

Question: I can't get back to the download page. I paid for the book, but I keep getting a message saying the download page has expired. What should I do?

Answer: For security reasons, all download pages expire after 48 hours. Fill out the form at the bottom of this page and we will email you another temporary download link. Be sure to include your First Name, Last Name and ClickBank receipt number in your message! Like a paper receipt, this is your proof of purchase.

 

Question: I can't open the book. Either the pages are empty, the pages are garbled or I get an error message. What should I do?

Answer: Do the following:

1. Make sure you are using Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the book (see the first question at the top of this page on how to get a free copy of Acrobat Reader).

2. Try re-downloading the book (see the first question at the top of this page on how to download).

3. If you're still having problems, complete the form at the bottom of this page. Be sure to state the exact problem you are having and include your ClickBank receipt number in your message. Like a paper receipt, this is your proof of purchase.

 

Question: I downloaded the book, but now I can't find it on my computer. What should I do?

Answer: Do the following:

1. Watch the video on how to download PDF files. At the end, it shows you how to find PDF files on your computer. Click here to watch the video.

2. From Windows, you can also do this. Choose START and then FIND or SEARCH. Type the word: *.pdf in the search box. Windows will then search for every PDF file on your computer...the book will appear in these results.

 

Question: I bought the book at work, but now I want to use it on my home computer (or vice-versa). What should I do?

Answer: Do either of the following:

1. Copy the book onto a CD or diskette and then take it home (or to work).

2. Complete the form at the bottom of the page and we will send a temporary download link to your home (or work) email address. You MUST include your ClickBank receipt number in your message to us. Like a paper receipt, this is your proof of purchase.

 

Question: How do I get a refund?

Answer: Fill out the form at the bottom of this page and state that you want a refund (you do not need to give a reason why). You MUST include your ClickBank receipt number is this message. Just like a paper receipt, It is your proof of purchase.

You can also send us an email to the support email address listed in your ClickBank receipt for the purchase. Again, you MUST include your ClickBank receipt number in this message. Just like a paper receipt, It is your proof of purchase.

 

Question: How long do I have to wait for my refund?

Answer: We use ClickBank (clickbank.com) to process all financial transaction. That means they processed your original order and they will process your refund.

After we submit your refund request to ClickBank, they will normally send you a confirmation email within 72 hours stating that your refund has been processed. Sometimes it takes them longer than 72 hours to do this.

NOTE: After ClickBank processes your refund, it can take up to 10 business days before your bank will show the refund on your credit card statement.

If you are still concerned that your refund has not been processed, you should contact the bank issuing your credit card to confirm the refund has been posted.
